Principle of work
The BB 600 XL jaw crusher is the reliable and powerful device. The crushed substance passes through a funnel with protection against emission of material and gets to the plate camera.
Process of crushing happens in wedge-shaped area between the motionless splitting-up cheek and a cheek which is set in motion by an eccentric shaft. Material is crushed by the elliptic movement of a cheek and falls down by gravity.
As soon as the particle size of material becomes less than the set slot width, it gets to the receiver or, when using as a part of the production line, on the conveyer belt, the shaker feeder or a divider.
